If you need to bend materials without scratching, we suggest to use nylon and polyurethane products. They are best quality products and allow to obtain excellent results avoiding scratches. In many cases polyurethane and plastic inserts replace dies.

There are different kind of products suitable to your needs:

The polyurethane inserts, thanks to their caractheristics, allow bend less than 90°;

Nylon inserts are similar to dies and are used for bending materials without scratching.

Film of polyurethane antiscratch is put on the die using a couple of tighteners.
